Tuoheti Abuduwaili

Ph.D. Candidate at Politecnico di Torino, Electronics Engineering

Abuduwaili Tuoheti received his BSc in Physics (Microelectronics) from Nanjing University, China in 2008 with final mark 88/100 presenting a BSc thesis about the "Test and validation of System-on-Chip". Then he worked as a Physics teacher in Kashgar, China. In 2011, he was admitted by the master's program in electronic engineering by Politecnico di Torino. In 2014, he got his master's degree scoring 108/110 and presenting a thesis about "Optimization of Algorithms on Nano-magnetic Logic and Physical Design" developed at the VLSI Laboratory of Politecnico di Torino. From June 2014 he participated in 6 months' postgraduate internship in STMicroelectronics working as an Embedded System Engineer. From February, 2015 he worked as a junior researcher in algorithm development using C++ in National Research Council of Italy. From November, 2015 he started the Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering at Politecnico di Torino working on the design and implementation of embedded systems for biomedical applications and memristor based electronic circuits. Research interests spread from nanotechnology (bio-nano sensors design and modelling), embedded systems, neuromorphic and biomedical circuits towards robotic circuit design.
